All first-time clients are required to give a $50 deposit for their consultation, which will be applied towards any products or procedures at Renaissance MD. If you no-call/no-show or cancel less than 24 hours before that appointment, the deposit is lost. If the client does not wish to do a procedure that day, a $50 Renaissance MD gift card will be issued and can be used within a 30-day period of the initial appointment date, or can be gifted to a friend to use.
With consecutive no-shows, we reserve the right to require prepayment for treatments in order to hold an appointment, apply the full treatment cost for future cancellations or no-shows, and/or refuse.

We understand that emergency situations can happen from time to time, and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. In non-emergency situations, if you are over the grace period time (15 minutes) and depending on your service, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so that our punctual clients are not inconvenienced. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Right to Refuse Service
Renaissance MD has the right to refuse service to any individual who acts aggressively or inappropriately against another client or member of our team.
Laser Hair Removal Cancellation Policy:
Failure to notify our office at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation/re-scheduling or if you no-call no-show, will result in losing 1 session.
