COVID 19 SAFETY PROTOCOL
Your safety and health is our number one priority. The following protocol must be adhered to:
Treatments are by appointment only. There are limited medical services at this time.
There is no waiting area for you to be seated. You will not be permitted entrance until your provider is ready for you.
Upon arrival for your appointment please ring the doorbell or call the front desk to let us know that you are here for your appointment. If you are very early please wait in your car until your appointment time.
Masks must be worn at all times whilst in the office.
You will be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash hands upon arrival, and shoe covers.
We are minimizing use of restrooms: if possible please use the restroom at home before coming to your appointment.
You must come to your appointment alone. No children, friends or family members unless you are accompanied by a person for disabilities.
Temperature checks will be done upon arrival. If you have a temperature greater than 100.4F you will be sent home without treatment.
If you have any signs or symptoms of a cold or flu within the last 3 days you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
If you have had any known exposure to anyone with Covid within the last 14 days please reschedule your appointment.
